In Clubhouse we offer opportunities to develop skills that are useful to our Clubhouse but that may also prove invaluable when members are ready to join (or return) to the workforce. For example, members who decide to participate in meal preparation for Clubhouse may find that the skills learned are helpful for finding employment in the food services industry, or even just learning how to become a better meal planner and cook at home.

 

Other activities that our members can engage in that can translate into useful workplace skills are “administration & computer skills”, communication skills and bookkeeping and basic accounting skills (just to name a few examples).
