Stories of strength, hope and courage from the members of Beyond the Heart Clubhouse. We are a place for people with mental illness to connect and recover. We are passionate about fighting the stigma of mental illness as we share our stories of the struggles we have faced in this short film. Negative stereotypes and the stigma of mental health sometimes are more difficult to deal with than that actual symptoms.
